GG VLP Terms & Conditions

GG VLP (ggvlp.app) is an online gaming platform in Bangladesh operating under a valid license. These Terms and Conditions form a binding agreement between GG VLP and every member who uses the platform. By registering or logging in, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by these terms.

GG VLP's Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time. Members will be notified of any changes via their registered email or profile notifications. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

This agreement is governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh. If GG VLP's terms conflict with the user's local laws, the user bears sole responsibility for compliance.

Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account with GG VLP, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• You must be a legal individual and register using your own name.
• Only one account per person is permitted.
• Multiple accounts may not be created from the same IP address or device.
• All information provided during registration must be complete, accurate, and truthful.

KYC Verification

GG VLP follows internationally recognised KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures. Identity verification may be required in the following circumstances:

• Before your first withdrawal
• For transactions above a certain amount
• When unusual activity is detected on an account
• At GG VLP's sole discretion, at any time

Withdrawals may be placed on hold until KYC verification is complete. GG VLP is fully committed to keeping members' information secure.

Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

GG VLP supports the most popular payment methods in Bangladesh, so members can transact quickly and with ease.

Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (one hundred BDT).
• GG VLP does not charge any additional fees on deposits.
• The payment method's own fees may apply.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.
• Only payment methods registered in your own name are accepted; third-party deposits are not permitted.

Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500 (five hundred BDT).
• For verified KYC accounts, payments are typically processed within 3–15 minutes.
• Additional verification may be required for your first withdrawal.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus balance can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals are generally processed back to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• GG VLP reserves the right to delay or suspend withdrawal processing under exceptional circumstances.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

GG VLP regularly runs exciting bonuses and promotional offers for its members. However, each offer has its own terms, and failure to comply may result in the bonus being forfeited.

General Bonus Terms

• Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses require a wagering amount of 15 to 35 times the bonus value. Specific terms are listed on each offer's page.
• Duration: Once a bonus is activated, it must be used within the specified time period. Any unused bonus will be forfeited upon expiry.
• Game Restrictions: Some bonuses are restricted to specific games. Not all bonuses may be available across all games.
• Maximum Bet Limit: A maximum bet of ৳500 per wager may apply when playing with bonus balance.
• One-Time Acceptance Policy: Each promotional offer may only be used once per member.

GG VLP reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time. If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus will be voided and action may be taken against the associated account.

Responsible Gaming

GG VLP believes gaming is a form of entertainment, not an excuse to act irresponsibly. We are committed to providing members with a safe and healthy gaming experience.

• Each member may set their own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Through the self-exclusion feature, accounts can be temporarily or permanently closed.
• GG VLP will endeavor to provide support if signs of gaming addiction are detected.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on GG VLP and will result in permanent account closure:

1. Creating or operating multiple accounts.
2. Using any strategy to circumvent bonus wagering requirements.
3. Using bots, automated software, or hacking methods to manipulate game outcomes.
4. Colluding with other members to gain an unfair or unlawful advantage.
5. Using GG VLP for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
6. Operating an account using a false identity or fraudulent information.
7. Attempting to compromise platform security or damage servers.
8. Engaging in abusive or threatening behavior toward GG VLP staff.

Intellectual Property

GG VLP's website, mobile app, logo, brand name, content, graphics, software, and all other elements are the intellectual property of GG VLP or its licensors. Members may not:

• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any element of GG VLP.
• You may not reverse-engineer or decompile any part of the platform.
• GG VLP's brand name or logo may not be used without prior authorization.

Limitation of Liability

GG VLP will not be held liable in the following circumstances:

• Game interruptions due to loss of internet connection or technical issues.
• Transaction delays due to errors on the part of a third-party payment service provider.
• Account loss resulting from a member's own negligence or sharing of login credentials.
• Service suspension due to unforeseen natural disasters or government directives.
• Game outcomes not matching member expectations – as all games are RNG-based.

GG VLP's total liability shall not exceed the net deposits made by the relevant member in the preceding 30 days, under any circumstances.

Account Closure & Suspension

GG VLP reserves the right to suspend or close an account without notice in the following circumstances:

• If evidence of prohibited activity or fraud is found.
• Failure to complete KYC verification.
• For accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• Due to legal or regulatory requirements.

Members may also request account closure at any time. In such cases, the available balance (excluding bonuses) will be refunded, provided all conditions have been met.

Changes to Terms & Conditions

GG VLP reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. For significant changes:

• A notification will be sent to your registered email.
• A notice will be posted on the platform's homepage.
• If no objection is raised within 7 days of the change taking effect, the updated terms will be considered accepted.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between GG VLP and a member, the following steps will be followed:

1. Direct Contact: First, submit a written complaint to support@ggvlp.app. GG VLP will provide an initial response within 48 hours.
2. Internal Review: GG VLP will provide a review report within 7 business days of receiving the complaint.
3. Mediation: If both parties agree, a third-party mediator may be engaged to assist in resolution.
4. Legal Action: If the matter is not resolved through the above steps, it will be settled under applicable law.

A member's account may be temporarily restricted while a dispute is under review.
